Job Profile / Activities: Caterpillar is hiring a Marketing Consultant for our Condition Monitoring team, focused on digital channel activation, within Construction Industries Services Division (CISD). The key role of a Condition Monitoring Marketing Consultant is to serve as a consultant and divisional expert in the development of commercial strategies, channel activation recommendations and sales support materials based on Condition Monitoring insights. Condition Monitoring based solutions include the customer segment and/or customer labor profiles. Expertise will primarily focus on digital channel activation support for aftermarket services offerings catering to Dealer VPs, Marketing and eCommerce teams and customers.
- Create positive customer experiences online; leads with a customer-first mindset •Translate technical requirements into customer language and vice versa •Support New Product Introduction, market requirements and distribution needs to stimulate breakthrough solutions to achieve market leadership •Provide commercial and distribution requirements for new Condition Monitoring leads and share this expertise at higher business unit management levels; Lead cross-functional projects •Coordinate, develop and manage sales support materials on a global level, including dealer-and customer-facing literature; Manage projects across several vendors efficiently, on time and on budget •Communicate effectively across product, industry, dealer and/or customer audiences to gain understanding and acceptance of ideas and recommendations Basic Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree Experience: 8+ years of marketing, sales, product support and/or digital experience Language: Advanced English Travel: 15%-25% travel will be required to understand regional or worldwide business conditions Behavioral skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Excellent interpersonal skills working across teams around the world.
