We are housed in a Monumental building in the City centre of The Hague, where a dedicated team of Sales, Development and Operations Professionals, collaborate on a daily basis and are focused on offering our clients the best, state-of-art, innovative solutions and delivery services. Not averse to a little competition, our Game room offers the right venue, to compete in a game of FIFA 23 on the PS5 or collaborate in a VR team battle during a frequent external team activity.

Following the steady international growth, we are continuously looking for new talent, to join our (international) team of colleagues.

We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist who will be joining our growing Operations team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Owns the Client ticket environment in DevOps
  • Translates Client questions into clear and relevant responses that add value for the client
  • Is the liaison between the Client, CERRIX Consultancy and CERRIX Product Owner
  • Manages expectations of all stakeholders (Client and CERRIX)
  • Recognizes new Sales opportunities within the current Client portfolio
  • Creates Service Level Reports to support Consultancy.

Desired Requirements:

  • Young Professional with a strong client focus
  • Pragmatic problem solver with a high quality standard in mind
  • Demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit
  • 3+ years of experience in client/customer support, preferably in an Operational Risk Management environment
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics and/or Risk Management
  • Strong personal identification with CERRIX’ Values: Teamspirit, Service oriented, Innovative, Simplicity, Diversity, Growth

Nice to haves:

  • Experience with Azure DevOps and an Agile way-of-working
  • Experience in working with CERRIX GRC Platform
  • Aptitude for identifying opportunities and establishing

Compensation & Benefits:

- Monthly gross salary € 3.000 – € 3.500
