Procurement Expeditor [Qatar]


 

Job Responsibilities

1. Scan and upload documents according to company procedure.

2. Collect and register all technical documents in the company’s system.

3. Prepare purchase orders and upload corresponding data into company’s system.

4. Monitor and track purchase orders and update accordingly into company’s system.

5. Review requisitions for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that all necessary approvals have been obtained.

6. Manage supplier communication channels to stay on top of all outstanding orders.

7. Oversee the timely management and execution of orders, ensuring that status updates and deliveries are communicated to the appropriate point of contact.

8. Assist the procurement lead with all stages of the procurement process and work cross-functionally with all internal and external teams.

9. Prepare reports on procurement activities as requested.

10. Review and update documents for maintenance and quality control.

11. Keep other personnel updated on new document versions.

12. Handle records across various departments.

13. Create templates for use by other personnel.

14. Establish and maintain record retention timelines.

15. Any other task given by the management related to the job role.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in related responsibilities.

· Understanding of business processes and management.

· Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.

· Attention to detail.

· Strong communication and analytical skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent computer literacy.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From QAR4,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Procurement: 2 years (Preferred)
