A vibrant Startup company in the AdTech industry, located in Rothschild Tel Aviv is looking for an Administrative Manager (Bookkeeping & Personal Assistant) to join the team.
If you are detail oriented, organized, problem solver and a team player – you might be the one we are looking for.
Responsibilities:
- Tracking and recording day to day financial activities, Management of bank accounts balances, monitor all income and process payments to suppliers, Salaries and more.
- Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners.
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Work closely with the company's CEO, and assist with personal matters as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Finance Admin / Office Manager or a similar role.
- Excellent English both writing and verbal.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Bookkeeper 1+2 certificate - an advantage.
