The position is located in the Smart Industry business division, and for Enersense Offshore Oy. Enersense Offshore Oy is a Finnish powerhouse specializing in engineering, project management and fabrication in heavy steel industry. Having extensive experience in delivering demanding global turnkey projects. The company is continuing the long offshore-industry tradition in Pori, based on major project deliveries over five decades. Enersense Offshore has plenty of experience in large domestic and international engineering-, project management and fabrication projects.
- Handling interfaces with all the project stakeholders e.g. the client, engineering, production, procurement, suppliers and partners.
- Management of the technical elements and details of the project according to the schedule.
- Arrange the needed input data for engineering and oversees the engineering progress according to the project schedule.
- Ensures that production has the needed materials and drawings to proceed according to the schedule.
- Clarifies possible discrepancies as needed.
- Participates to sales and tendering activities by doing technical evaluations of the offered scope and communicating with vendors and other stakeholders as needed during the bid preparation process.
- Preparing of weight breakdowns and material take-off lists and other technical information needed for the pricing.
- Engineering degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc)
- Project coordination experience in different type of project and with different clients
- Understanding of international standards related to different types of steel construction
- Good organization and co-operation skills
- Capabilities to act under pressure and identify/mitigate risks. Identify opportunities
- Good communication skills
