Customer Services Representative (Night shift)
The Role
Due to growth, SAFA WORLDWIDE Pvt. Ltd., in DHA Phase 6, is looking to grow its customer service team, as such we are looking for 3-4 experienced customer service profiles. This is an office-based role working from office in Shabaz commercial area, DHA phase 6. The timing for the role is 6pm to 3am.
We are looking for experienced customer service agents, who are not scared of dealing with difficult customers, who can work under pressure and to targets, to deal with calls quickly and effectively using SOP!
Full training provided on joining, as well as continued on-the-job training as required.
What are we looking for?
· Fluency in English, is a must.
· Excellent listening skills.
· Ability to multi-task.
· Great attention to detail.
· Sympathetic nature.
· Computer literate with fast typing speed.
