Conveyancing Clerk - Johor [Malaysia]


 

Clerk is the person who prepare the sale and purchase agreement and loan documentation by inserting clients’ personal details and property details. They are also required to liaise with bankers for the issuance of Loan letter offer/ letter instruction to start the a buying/ selling property process. conveyancing clerk should be able to work a file from start (sign sale and purchase agreement) to end (advise bank to release loan amount to vendor).

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM above
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Minimum 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position Preferably Candidate specialized in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
  • Able to start with short notice and work independently
  • Good interpersonal skills with positive working attitude
  • Hardworking, responsible and committed to work

Responsibilities:

Attending to clients, correspondences, preparing status reports and other types of work assigned by the firm from time to time Corresponding, attending and communicating with clients, bankers and various government bodies.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
