We are currently in a significant growth phase and we are looking for a Talent Sourcer who will support in the development of talent pipelines working along the recruitment team to bring the best talent for Payretailers. This role will execute sourcing strategies to identify, attract and recruit talents for our locations across EMEA.


Job duties and Responsibilities:


  • Elaborating and implementing sourcing strategies.
  • Supporting to develop talent pipelines and execute on specific research, reviewing internal referrals and sourcing campaigns.
  • Finding and engaging active/passive candidates through various channels, as well as alternative search techniques.
  • Working with our People Recruiters and Hiring Managers to help optimize sourcing efforts by leveraging data.
  • Utilizing our ATS to manage talent pools of appropriate candidates.
  • Working in modern sourcing/recruiting methods for IT profiles through different tools.

Experience and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, labor relations or similar.
  • Demonstrated experience in sourcing/prospecting IT profiles (experience in fintech would be a plus).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, facilitation and influencing skills.
  • Ability to support change initiatives, with good understanding of the principals of change management.
  • Ability for problem solving conflict resolution, motivation, and negotiation.
  • Assertive with a can-do attitude.
