Amazon Operations Support Specialist (Amazon Specialist) 0015 [Philippines]


 

As an Amazon Operations Support Specialist, you will be responsible for account health activities and ticket resolutions for a portfolio of clients in direct partnership with your counterparts on our Operations Team. This role will also involve dashboard creation to support other cross-functional teams across Client Success and marketing.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing, implementing, and managing strategy and tactical approach to product inventory management for a portfolio of clients
  • Fully implementing days of coverage and risk assessment for each client account to support optimal service levels while limiting exposure to overstock through weekly replenishment recommendations
  • Building forecasting models and operating plans to support growth initiatives
  • Monitoring Amazon Seller Central account health, identifying the root cause of policy violations or listing health issues, communicating documentation needs to cross-functional team members, and following through to resolution.
  • Creating new product listings and variation structures within Amazon policy guidelines to support your clients’ business needs
  • Using your teamwork-focused communication skills to collaborate with business partners, and internal counterparts to reduce cost while improving client satisfaction and retention
  • Extracting, combining, and summarizing large amounts of data to analyze the business impact of new initiatives, and effectively communicating key findings to leadership to influence and support strategic business decisions
  • Support Engineering & Product teams by providing input on needs to inform decisions on systems upgrades and implementations related to operations management

Requirements:

  • Experience operating within Amazon Seller or Vendor Central
  • Comfortable working in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs/Drive, and various software systems
  • The desire for ownership and accountability for operational issue resolution
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communicator, especially in writing
  • Strategic thinker, analytical, ability to learn quickly
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups).
  • Experience working with project management / ticketing systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
