Our client is a renowned multinational group belonging to the GDO industry. For the enhancement of the Information Technology Department, Hays is looking for a Salesforce CRM Expert to join the team, based in Milan.

As part of the CRM area, the candidate will support the operation team in charge of Salesforce integrations and Marketing automation implementation, the adoption of the latest and most innovative platform technologies and the development and maintenance of the Salesforce range of solutions.The resource will be responsible for the following activities:
- Collect, analyse and define functional requirements;
- Contribute to evaluation for new Marketing contact channels;
- Configure new functionality using Salesforce solutions (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud);
- Effectively documents and maintains documentation related to managed processes and services;
- Work with the teams to support the finalisation of the roadmap to be sure to meet business expectations and requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate has a university background in Computer Science, Management or Management Engineering and 3–5 years of IT work experience. Moreover, the suitable resource has experience in working with Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Fluency in English is required, and Salesforce certification would be considered an advantage.
Location: Milan/Rome.
