Finance Planning & Analysis [Spain]


 

About the role


Key contributor to company’s planning process to deliver budgets and forecasts. Coordinates the process by defining its timeline and deliverables previously agreed with stakeholders, consolidating inputs from all Areas ensuring data quality, consistency and alignment with targets, preparing internal and Group reviews to achieve approval and ensuring timely submission through Group official reporting tools.


Reporting to the FP&A Manager, as a Specialist Finance Planning and Analysis, your key accountabilities will be:


  • Coordinate budget and forecast process and ensure timely and high quality submissions

    Prepare executive presentations for SLT and Group reviews of Budgets, Forecasts and ad-hoc requests
  • Continuous improvement: propose and lead initiatives to improve the value provided to the business as well as to drive Simplicity in planning processes
  • Related to the previous point, ensure ex-post analysis are done after each planning cycle to identify lessons learnt and drive improvement


What do you bring?


  • University Degree,
  • 5+ years of experience in similar position, Strategy and Finance.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, proven experience in building data models.
  • Experience with HFM consolidation software, preferably experience with Oracle Hyperion Planning
  • Highly organised, process minded and able to juggle multiple and simultaneous demands Resilient and able to work under pressure
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Highly self-motivated and proven multi-tasker
  • Ability to handle tight deadlines and excellent organizational and research skills
  • Understands financial data and how best to present it clearly to provide value added insight Attention to details is a must
