Admin Assistant [Philippines]


 

We are seeking dynamic and highly organized individuals to join our team as Admin Assistant. As an Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting student registrations, timetable management, attendance tracking, and leads management. Responsibilities:

  • Process student registrations accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring complete and accurate data entry.

  • Assist parents/guardians with enrollment queries, providing necessary information and guidance.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and questions from parents/guardians.
  • Provide information on class arrangements, schedules, and address related queries.
  • Schedule and manage the class timetable, considering teacher and student availability.
  • Monitor student attendance, record absences or tardiness
  • Assist in managing leads and prospective students
  • Collaborate with teachers, other admin staff, and relevant departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the organization.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including ERP and CRM systems.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges independently.
  • Positive attitude and a team player mindset.
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
