Job description
The key responsibilities of the IT Auditor & RPA Developer Assistant will include:
- Assess the design and effectiveness of IT general controls (e.g., access controls, change management, data backup) and application controls (e.g., input validation, segregation of duties) to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data and systems;
- Execute audit procedures and testing to assess the effectiveness of IT controls, compliance with policies and regulations, and the overall reliability of IT systems and data;
- Creating process documentation i.e. narratives, flowcharts and standard operating procedures;
- Address any IT and Cybersecurity Risks related to system, data, reporting and programs;
- Providing recommendations and guidance on identified security and control risks;
- Stays current of technological innovations and trends in the internal auditing and distribution industries;
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks in order to scale auditors' efforts quickly and efficiently;
- Continuously enhance test automation processes;
The one we’re looking for needs to have:
- University degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or equivalent;
- Master’s Degree (M.Sc. or MBA) will be consider as a strong asset;
- Relevant Professional certification in Information Security (e.g. ISO 27001) or in Robot Process Automation (e.g. from UiPath, Blue Prism) will be considered a strong asset;
- Proficiency in Greek language is mandatory due to interaction with local Greek clients;
- Excellent command in English language and computer literacy;
- Excellent written, verbal & presentation skills;
- Maintaining highest standards of business ethics.
To be successful as an IT Auditor & RPA Developer Assistant in Grant Thornton Greece you need the following:
- Effective communication and rapport building skills
- Excellent analysis and data reporting skills
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office, databases and data analytics tools
- Knowledge of Automation Tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism e.t.c.
- Ability to work effectively on his/her own and as part of a team
