Hikvision Czech is now looking for an experienced Key Account Manager who has professional experience in the field of video surveillance technology and is able to act as an ambassador for the company and the Hikvision brand. The successful candidate should be able to deliver on the following key tasks:

  • Approach relevant clients in the field of video surveillance - throughout the CZ region
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with a few existing customers
  • Acquisition of new business leads and new customers – Establishing new sustainable business relationships, generating and leading response to requests for a quote including collection of commercial data and determination of pricing
  • Promote Hikvision products and solutions to the target end user, investor, system integrator and other partners
  • Perform lobbying in associations and interest groups
  • Work closely with colleagues from the key account management team
  • Actively support marketing events and attend exhibitions related to Hikvision products and solutions
  • Assist consultants in specific projects
  • Prepare market and customer reports required by the management

Your profile

  • Wide experience in sales of security systems or other technical systems
  • Proven sales records and experience selling into relevant target industry and be able to harness established relationships with decision makers
  • Proven negotiation skills, great business sense and communication skills
  • Self-driven and pro-active attitude, strong initiative, honesty and integrity
  • Ability to be open minded to working in a multi-cultural company
  • Native speaker level of Czech and conversational level of English
  • Solid experience and skills in MS Outlook and related products
  • Experience in CRM is an advantage
