The team you'll be part of

The IP Business Development and Sales Engineering team is part of the European IP and Optical Regional Business Center (RBC) of the Network Infrastructure Group.

The team mission is IP Business development with a Tier 1 Communication Service Provider Group. Being part of this team, you’ll identify & create needs in cooperation with our customers, consult their choices and build & defend competitive value propositions to ultimately grow our business footprint.

What you will learn and contribute to

Are you passionate about solving problems?
As part of our team, you will:

  • Act as a trusted Customer Advisor by leveraging your excellent interpersonal skills and profound knowledge of IP, MPLS, DC, Cloud and Automation technologies
  • Champion Customer Solution Requirements based on their current business needs understanding
  • Develop IP opportunities by promoting Product and Solutions portfolio proposals
  • Articulate Nokia’s IP networking products and solutions customer value proposition
  • Lead customer specific pricing strategy development
  • Feedback product management and R&D with a systematic customer needs analysis

Your skills and experience

You have:

  • At least 5, preferably 10 years IP pre-sales or technical support functions experience
  • Thorough IP / MPLS, DC and Cloud automation technologies knowledge
  • Cross-functional international teams orchestration and collaboration
  • Strong customer focus & business acumen
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent spoken and written English, other languages an advantage

Tier 1 Communication Service Provider customer(s) exposure nice to have.
