· Handling product practically Approximately 48,000 M. Ton per month under instructions of Operation Executive/officer.
Secondary
The incumbent will be responsible to:
- Assist Installation Manager, Assistant Installation Manager, Operation Executive and Officer in all General Terminal Operations / Maintenance / House Keeping.
- Work closely with Depot management and General Workers to ensure Tank lorries are handled in a timely manner, Interaction with trucking companies to facilitate the timely delivery of Fuel.
- Act as a focal point for any issue that may arise with assigned depot.
- Ensure the receipt is performed accurately and timely.
- Ensure that Meter room is locked and Storage Tanks are gauged.
- Responsible to record product temperature / density on ticket for each tank truck and flow meters to be verified through meter.
- Ensure that Product Samples are drawn on schedules as per SOP’s and sent to laboratory for testing promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of yard and plant at all times and eliminate Fire hazards.
- Inspect the Fire extinguishers / hydrants / foam trolleys periodically and report your observations to maintenance engineer for prompt actions.
- Ensure efficient and safe storage and use of material at terminal storage tanks.
- Ensure implementation of HSE Policies and Principles and GOP rules and regulations.
- Ensure all data pertaining to scheduling, customs, and claims are accurately recorded in scheduling systems in a timely manner to enable efficient handling by the relevant service department.
- Ensure compliance of all terminal operations with SOP’s, the company’s policies, processes and governmental regulations and keep adequate records of Company’s legal Procedural Documents.
- Ensure and Implement Administrative tasks.
· Assess and evaluate internal operational risk and provide smooth working.
- Ensure biometric impression of the employees at the main gate at the start / close of the shift and sign the print the day you supervised.
- Attend complaints from dealers / distributors / C and L customers and coordinate with Operations Executive / Terminal Manager whenever required.
- Complete required documents associated with operations in an accurate and timely manner and other duties as assigned.
- Responsible for daily update/ monthly reconciling of inventory at depot and adhering to end of month processes.
- Coordinate with different HPL departments and PARCO for product receipt.
- Place order and deliver of product from depot to customers as and when required.
· Other duties assigned by installation manager, Assistant Installation Manager and Operation Executive.

Salary: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
