1. Software development and system administration in the middleware DevOps environment (Ansible, Docker, Gitlab, Deployment, CI/CD, Tomcat/Jboss/Wildfly, Apache, Nginx, incl. certificate management)...
2. Process improvement and automation of customer orders 3. Implementation of the customer requirement as described in the respective order- If necessary, clarification of the requirements with the customer- Implementation of the middleware requirements according to customer requirements - Test & exemplary connection according to the operating manual- Acceptance of the service by the customer according to existing specifications4. Edit incidents, changes, and badges. The orders are automatically removed by the contractor from the corresponding tool and subsequently processed:- Processing of tickets and orders according to existing orders from the Incident, Change Mgmt and Bamsstool - Independent implementation of the regular updates of middleware components- Independent implementation of orders to eliminate safety-critical errors of the DevOps components- Provision of on-call duty on behalf of the customer for Ensuring the fulfillment of the SLAs agreed with customers Concrete task description:- Implementation of changes and performance tuning in the middleware DevOps environment- Troubleshooting middleware components- Technical implementation of the concepts and requirements of the work packages- Creation of documentation to adapt the existing scripts and procedures to the requirements: - Version management with Git - Creation of technical documentation for operational management
Middleware specialist for the middleware product family - Java / JBoss (EAP/Wildfly) / Tomcat / WebSphere AS (WAS) / WebSphere Liberty Profile (WLP) / Apache http / IBM http / Internet Information Server (IIS) / Nginx/Docker Registry / GitLab Community / CICD Pipeline - based on Unix/Linux & Windows

Incident, fault, problem and change management in last-level support
Monitoring of the products for current patches, implementation of patch automation and control of the rollout of the patches according to the regulatory requirements
Use of automation and, if necessary, extension of existing automation
Very good knowledge of GitLab and CI/CD tools (esp. Ansible), Automation Frameworks, and Container Technologies
Good know-how of general infrastructure in decentralized environments.

Middleware / Databases Senior (1.) To validate analyses (eg. Root Cause Analysis ,Trend Analysis) and reports to facilitate performance in tasks to be presented to key business stakeholders (2.) To ensure positive customer feedback and satisfaction thorugh active participation in customer meetings to understand any issues faced (3.) To validate Change Order Implementation Plan and Human Error Compliance and participate in Capacity planning (4.) To perform value addition activities (such as mentoring administratorsorteam members, preparing SOPs, maintaining effective documentation simultaneously and Knowledge sharing.) In addition act as a liaison to the business segment, facilitating effective communication and presentation to key business stakeholders as and when required. (5.) To ensure on-time resolution and quality compliance of escalated ticketsorincident as per the agreed SLA
