Are you an excellent administrator with an interest in supporting the health and well-being of New Zealanders?
The Warmer Kiwi Homes (WKH) team is looking for an outstanding Administrator who will provide a wide variety of administrative and coordinator tasks to support their fast-paced programme!
This role has a particular focus on supporting Quality Assurance and Grants Management System (GMS) pre-claim processes.

Warmer Kiwi Homes is a government programme offering insulation and heating grants to low-income home owners.
In this role you will provide administrative support to the Warmer Kiwi Homes team by:

  • providing outstanding customer care and service throughout the entire application process
  • administer applications and preliminary claims within the GMS
  • support the wider WKH team in an administrative capacity.
To fill this role, we're looking for someone with:
  • excellent time management and interpersonal skills
  • great attention to detail
  • a willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
