Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Wholesaler/ Distribution
- Position Title: Customer Service Officer (Order Processing/ Outbound Finished Goods)
- Working Location: Changi North
- Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon – Fri, 8 am – 5.30 pm; Alternate Sat, 8 am – 4 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic + Attendance Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily order processing from customers' requests (from quotation to processing orders).
- Handle outbound processing (Schedule, Liaise Internally, Prepare, Manage and Resolve any matters with customers' finished goods).
- Coordinate with the various department to ensure smooth operation.
- Handle customers face-to-face regarding ordering or outbound matters.
- Perform any administration duties assigned when required.

- Minimum GCE “O” Level with at least 1 year of related working experience.
- Basic accounting knowledge of processing payments is beneficial.
- Able to start work within short notice/ immediately.
